Your registration fees will be fully refundable until January 16th. After January 16th but before January 30th, our policy is to refund 50% of the registration fees, and after January 30th, registration fees are non-refundable. This assures that we can cover guarantees to the facilities and local vendors that are made when you sign up.

* Non-members who attend the conference may credit the price of their registration to their 2012 ESCA membership dues if they join the association by March 15, 2012.
